Paul W. Shade
Managing Partner
Paul W. Shade is a Managing Partner for Principle Valuation who has over fifteen years of experience providing hospitals, healthcare systems, and management companies with comprehensive asset management, valuation and financial advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and compliances.
Prior to joining Principle Valuation LLC, Paul served as a Managing Director in the valuation services practice for a major consulting group. In this role, Mr. Shade assisted and led hundreds of projects that delivered industry-leading analyses to clients in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Shade is a Miami University graduate and holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
