Lorenz Sapanhila

Mr. Sapanhila is a recent graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in Finance. Prior to joining Principle Valuation, Mr. Sapanhila held internships in a healthcare setting in which he analyzed company performance, assisted financial analysists with investment reports, accumulated data to create annual budgets for census and labor.

In his position at Principle Valuation, Mr. Sapanhila has been responsible for developing and producing valuation projects and reports and analyzing building and hospital equipment assets.
