Michael Castro has over thirty years experience in the valuation field, with the last 16 years focusing on healthcare properties.

Conduct field appraisals for Insurable Replacement Values for Real and Personal Property for commercial, public sector and healthcare properties. Conduct a building segregation of components and replacement cost values, assign appropriate lives and depreciated cost. Review and advise on building values and office valuations. Develop area allocation studies. Perform fair market appraisals for healthcare equipment. Manage and supervised field and office personnel.
